FAQs | Shipping & Delivery

We offer a flat rate of $14.99 for standard shipping, and $20.99 for express shipping across Australia. Orders over $160 qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders are dispatched from Perth within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days to metro areas. Please note that during promotional periods or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.  

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We’re exploring international shipping options and hope to offer this in the future.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or ESENCIAS AUSTRALIA will not be held responsible for any loss or misdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with ESENCIAS AUSTRALIA via our customer care team prior to your order being shipped. ESENCIAS AUSTRALIA (ABN 41706810664). (Esencias Australia, us or we) is an Australian based company. We are committed to providing you with the best product and customer service and this is reflected in our Refund Policy.

Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at www.esenciasaustralia.com.au

Our Refund Policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law being Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law).

Change of mind:

We will only accept returns if a product is damaged when delivered to the customer. If you believe the product you received is damaged, please notify us, within seven 48 hours of delivery, at hello@esenciasaustrlia.com.au and we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

When returning products, it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the products are not damaged in transit.

If you have simply changed your mind we will not provide refunds or returns.

Refunds will not be offered on the prepaid fee of an Esencias Australia subscription or any individual product received under an Esencias Australia subscription.

If you believe the product you received is damaged, please notify us, within seven (7) days of delivery, at hello@esenciasaustralia.com.au and we will verify whether you are entitled to a replacement with new products and provide instructions accordingly.

If you believe a product is faulty, you may have rights to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.

If there is a major failure with a product, you may choose a refund or exchange. If the failure is minor, we will replace the relevant product within a reasonable time

Esencias Australia will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please email a photo of the product to hello@esenciasaustralia.com.au supporting the claim.

We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. We will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Esencias Australia does not take responsibility for the costs of returning the products.

If it is deemed you are eligible for a refund the refund will be given using your original payment method.

If the order was returned due to an incorrect address or the package was unclaimed, Esencias Australia has the right to charge for the product to be re-shipped.

Absolutely. Each Esencias product is handcrafted in Australia with care and intention, using high-quality ingredients to support your well-being.

Simply remove the cap and insert the natural bamboo reeds into the bottle. For optimal fragrance, turn the reeds weekly. Each diffuser lasts approximately 4–6 months.  

Yes, all Esencias products are vegan and cruelty-free. We are committed to ethical practices in every step of our process. 

Wholesale Terms & Conditions

The minimum order quantity is $500 per order.
Wholesale pricing and Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) will be available in the wholesale portal. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted you will be given access.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days from the date of ordering.
All payments are required to be made in full at the time of ordering.

We accept returns on defective or damaged products within 14 days of receipt. To
initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return.
Returned items must be in their original packaging.


Delivery costs will vary based on location. Shipping fees will be calculated at the time the order is placed. Please note that
additional charges may apply for remote areas/shipping over East.
